I am a PhD student in Electronics Engineer at TU Berlin([(https://www.tu.berlin)). My research focuses on First principle calculation, microelectronic device, Condense matter physics and neuromorphic computing(neuromorphic dynamics). I also have some interest on the interact for AI and science.
Before that, I received my M.S. from Tsinghua University. During my master study, I focused on multimodal information processing, pretrained model and deep learning. - Start my PhD
- Started my AI4S internship at Tsingyu Technology. Work as a LLM engineer for chemistry molecular structure
- Proposed an FTL-based solution to mitigate lateral leakage in 3D NAND flash. Related patent applications have been filed and published.
- Gave a talk about Active learning for Remote sensing imagery at the International Young Scholars Forum on Unmanned Systems.
- Started my industry experience at CAS, work on 3D NAND FLASH memory micro-system.
- MSRA & Meituan Research intership. Work on pretrained-based Natural Language Processing for Semi-Structured Text / VLM pretrained model
